GPU Outlet tells you when something needs your attention: a new opportunity, an introduction, an invoice, or a change to your account. Most marketplace notices also arrive by email.

Where notifications appear

  • The bell in the dashboard’s top bar shows recent notifications.
  • Notifications (/app/notifications) keeps the full history. Press Mark all read to clear the unread count.
Each notification links to the page it is about. Opening it from the list marks it as read.

Who receives them

Notices about your own account go to you. Notices about your company’s marketplace activity go to its owners and authorized signatories. Traders and viewers do not receive them. See Team and roles. A few notices go to owners only, or to one owner. The tables below say which.

What you can receive

The Title column is the text in the dashboard. Where the email subject is different, the Email column gives it.

Opportunities

See Opportunities.

Introductions and invoices

See Buyer introductions and Seller introductions.

Success fee

See Success fee.

Auctions

These go to the person who acted: the member who opened the lot, or the member who placed the bid. They appear in the dashboard only and are never emailed. See Bidding and Selling by auction.

Company standing

Approval or rejection of a verification application is not sent as a notification. Check the result in Company → Verification. See Verification.

Your account

Notification emails

Emails carry no amounts and no names of the other company. Open the link in the email to see the details in the dashboard. Each email has a Manage which emails you get link to your preferences.

Choose what you receive

Go to Settings → Notifications (/app/settings/notifications). There are two switches, both on by default: Everything else is always delivered and cannot be turned off. That includes notices about an introduction you are already in (the reveal, invoices and fees), auctions, your account and your company’s standing.
If you turn off Opportunities by email, check /app/opportunities regularly. An offer waits there for you to accept or decline.

Account emails

Some emails are not notifications. You always receive them when they apply: For questions about any email, write to help@gpuoutlet.ai.

Opportunities

Accept or decline the demand matched to your listings.

Team and roles

Give someone the role that receives company notices.

Two-factor authentication

Replace a lost authenticator.

Success fee

Pay success fee invoices on time.
