Each table lists a status exactly as the dashboard shows it, and what it means for you. The API value column shows how the partner API reports the same status. Tables without that column are not available in the partner API.

Requests

Shown to buyers in Requests (/app/requests).

Opportunities

Shown to sellers in Opportunities (/app/opportunities), which has the tabs New, Accepted, Protected and Declined. Expired and Withdrawn opportunities are not listed on any tab. You see those labels on the opportunity’s own page, for example when you open it from the notification about the offer.

Introductions

Shown to buyers in Introductions (/app/introductions) and to sellers under Opportunities → Protected. Readiness and new deal invoices are available only while an introduction is Protected.

Existing relationship claims

Shown to sellers on the introduction page.

Lots

Shown on Lots (/app/auctions) to both sides. See Bidding and Selling by auction.

Outcomes

Shown in the Result panel once a lot is decided.

Bids

Shown on your own bid. You never see the status of anybody else’s.

Deal invoices

Invoices the seller sends to the buyer on an introduction. Both sides see them in the Invoices section.

Success fee invoices

Shown to sellers in Finances (/app/finances).
Pressing I have paid does not change the status. The row shows that you reported payment and that it awaits confirmation. The status becomes Paid when the GPU Outlet team confirms the transfer.

Verification

Shown to sellers in Company → Verification.

Agreements

Shown on Documents (/app/documents) for the Buyer marketplace agreement and the Seller marketplace agreement. A new minor version does not require signing again. A new major version does.

Listing status on Radar

Shown as a badge on each Radar listing.

How it works

Where each status fits in the lifecycle.

Limits
