On GPU Outlet, reserved capacity is bought and sold by a company, not by a person. You join or create a company, and you act on its behalf with the role it gives you.

Why everything is done as a company

A reservation is a contract between two businesses. The platform keeps the company as the party to every step:
  • Requests, listings and introductions belong to the company.
  • Agreements are signed in the company’s name.
  • Verification checks the company, not the individual.
  • Members act with the rights their role gives them. See Team and roles.
The same company can buy and sell. You move between the Buy and Sell menus with the switch in the dashboard. See Sign in.

One company per person

A person belongs to one company at a time. If you already belong to one, you cannot create a second company or accept an invitation from another company.

Create a company

You create a company during your first sign-in, or later on /app/company if you skipped that step.
1

Open the form

Go to /app/company. Without a company, the page shows Create your company.
2

Fill in the details

Enter the fields below.
3

Create it

Press Create company. You become the company’s owner.
Creating a company does not ask for a second factor.
The legal name and country are checked during seller verification. Enter them exactly as registered, so you do not need to change them later.

The Company page

/app/company has these tabs: See Verification for the Verification tab.

Edit company details

Only an owner or an authorized signatory can edit company details. Other roles see the details read-only. To edit, open Company Details, change the fields and press Save changes.

Before verification

While your company is not verified, you can change every field:
  • Registered legal name
  • Country of registration
  • Corporate domain
  • Registered address (1 to 500 characters)

After verification

Once the GPU Outlet team approves your verification, the rules change per field: The legal name and the country are what every agreement your company signed was signed under, so changing either asks for a code from your authenticator app. Change them, press Save changes, enter the six digits when Confirm it is you opens, and the save goes through by itself. The page says so before you start: “Your company is verified. Changing its legal name or country asks for a code from your authenticator app.” The same code is asked for on a company that is not verified but has signed an agreement. Signing is what the rule follows, not the verification badge. If you have no authenticator app yet, set one up first. See Two-factor authentication. The registered address is different. It is printed on the agreements you sign, so it is fixed once it is set.
On a verified company, check the registered address carefully before you save it. You cannot change or clear it yourself afterwards. If it is already wrong, contact support. The team can reopen your application.

Your public seller handle

Buyers do not see your company name on Radar. Each listing shows a public handle instead, in the form Seller-XXXXX.
  • Every company gets a handle when it is created.
  • The handle never changes.
  • Once your company is verified as a seller, Company Details shows it as Seller ID.
A buyer learns your legal name and country only after you accept an opportunity and the two companies are introduced. See Seller introductions.
