Nothing. Buyers pay GPU Outlet no fee. You pay the seller directly for the capacity, under the contract you agree with them.
The seller pays 1% of each amount actually received from an introduced buyer. The base is the invoice amount the seller confirms with Money received. Each confirmed invoice gets its own fee invoice, in the same currency, rounded half up to the cent. The fee applies to contracts signed within 24 months of the reveal. See Success fee.
5 business days after you confirm Money received. Business days are Monday to Friday in UTC. Public holidays count as business days. If it is not paid by then, it becomes Overdue and you get one notification.
By bank transfer. Open the invoice in Finances with Open the invoice and pay against that PDF. Then fill in Payment reference (optional) if you have one, and press I have paid. The invoice becomes Paid when the GPU Outlet team confirms the transfer. There is no card payment.
No. The buyer pays the seller directly. GPU Outlet does not hold money between the parties, rent hardware or give access to machines.
Yes, that is how it works. After the reveal, the contract, the invoices and the delivery are between the two companies. For sellers, the success fee still applies to contracts signed with that buyer within 24 months of the reveal.
Opportunities are anonymous until you accept. Before that, you see only the demand: capacity, region, start, term and budget. The buyer’s notes are never shown. Press Accept & reveal the buyer to see the buyer’s company, country and contacts. See Opportunities.
After the reveal you see the seller’s legal name and country, not their contacts. The seller receives your company’s contacts and reaches out to you. See Buyer introductions.
File an existing relationship claim on the introduction page within 2 business days of the reveal. Explain how you knew the buyer and attach evidence. If the GPU Outlet team approves it, no success fee is owed on that buyer. See Seller introductions.
No. A bid is a stated intention to buy at that price and a place in the ranking. No money moves, nothing is reserved, and you are never asked for a deposit or a card to bid. What a bid decides is who is introduced to the seller, and at what price. See Bidding.
You and the seller are introduced, exactly as when a seller accepts a match: you get the seller’s legal name and country, the seller gets your company’s contacts and reaches out, and the two of you contract directly. The seller pays the 1% success fee on what they receive; you pay GPU Outlet nothing. See Bidding.
No. On a sealed lot no bid is visible to anyone until the lot closes, the seller included. Nothing computes a leading amount on a sealed lot before the close, so there is no figure being withheld from anybody’s screen.
No. Reserve on a Radar card sends an inquiry about that listing. Nothing is set aside, and your company is committed to nothing. The capacity is reserved by the contract you sign with the seller. See Reserve and confirmation requests.
No. How buyers take a listing is answered when it is published and fixed there, because an auction promises a closing time to everybody bidding. Delist the listing and publish the capacity again to sell it the other way. See Selling by auction.
Yes. Use the Buy / Sell switch in the dashboard to change which screens you see. Your account and company stay the same.
An Owner or an Authorized signatory. The signing page is prepared in the name of the owner or authorized signatory who joined your company first. It also needs the signer’s name and position, and the company’s legal name and registered address. See Agreements.
Any authenticator app that produces 6-digit time-based codes. You are asked for a code before two actions only: signing an agreement, and changing the legal name or country of a company that has signed one. Two-factor authentication cannot be turned off once set up. See Two-factor authentication.
Yes. The partner API covers Radar, requests, opportunities and introductions, using API keys you create in Settings → API keys. Radar inquiries and node submissions are available only in the partner API. Accepting and revealing, claims, invoices, signing and everything to do with auctions stay in the dashboard. See Partner API.
