# Success fee

> How the 1% success fee is calculated, when a fee invoice is issued, and how you pay it by bank transfer.

GPU Outlet charges sellers a success fee on money received from an introduced buyer. Buyers pay GPU Outlet nothing. There is no fee to list capacity or to accept an opportunity.

## What the fee is

* 1% (100 basis points) of each amount you actually receive from an introduced buyer.
* The success fee applies to contracts signed within 24 months of the reveal.
* It is calculated per receipt, never from a contract value.
* It is charged in the currency you received. There is no currency conversion.
* It is rounded half up to the cent. Half a cent becomes one cent.

You agree to these terms when you accept an opportunity. See [Opportunities](/selling/opportunities#the-terms).

<Note>
  If the GPU Outlet team approves your existing relationship claim on an introduction, no success fee is owed on that buyer. See [Seller introductions](/selling/introductions).
</Note>

## When a fee invoice is issued

A fee invoice is issued when you confirm money received on a deal invoice:

1. You send the buyer an invoice on the introduction.
2. The buyer marks it paid.
3. You press **Money received** on that invoice.

Each **Money received** creates one fee invoice. Several deal invoices mean several fee invoices. See [Seller introductions](/selling/introductions) for the deal invoice steps.

Each fee invoice has a reference starting with `FEE-`, for example `FEE-20260921-K7Q2MX`. Your company's owners and authorized signatories get "A success fee invoice was issued" in the dashboard. The email subject is "A success fee invoice is ready".

## When it is due

A fee invoice is due 5 business days after you confirm **Money received**, at the same time of day.

Business days are Monday to Friday in UTC. Public holidays count as business days. For a receipt confirmed on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday is the first business day counted.

## Worked examples

| You confirm receipt of | Confirmed on | Fee | Due on |
| - | - | - | - |
| USD 250,000.00 | Monday 21 September 2026 | USD 2,500.00 | Monday 28 September 2026 |
| EUR 12,345.67 | Thursday 1 October 2026 | EUR 123.46 | Thursday 8 October 2026 |
| USD 1,000.50 | Saturday 3 October 2026 | USD 10.01 | Friday 9 October 2026 |

In the second example, the count skips Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October. The fee of EUR 123.4567 rounds to EUR 123.46.

In the third example, USD 10.005 rounds half up to USD 10.01. Monday 5 October is the first of the 5 business days.

## Where to see your fee invoices

Open **Finances** at `/app/finances` on the **Sell** menu. Each row shows:

* The reference and the fee amount.
* The percentage and the amount received it was calculated from.
* The issue date, and the due date or the paid date.
* A link to the introduction.

Filter the list by **Any status**, **Due**, **Overdue** or **Paid**.

## Pay a fee invoice

You pay by bank transfer only. There is no card payment.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Wait for the invoice PDF">

  </Step>

    On **Finances**, press **Open the invoice**. The PDF carries the bank details.

  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for confirmation">
    The row shows "Reported paid", the date and your reference, then "awaiting confirmation". The status stays **Due** or **Overdue** meanwhile.

    The team checks the transfer and confirms it. The status becomes **Paid**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

**I have paid** is available on invoices that are **Due** or **Overdue**. Your role must be **Owner**, **Authorized signatory** or **Trader**.

## Invoice statuses

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Due** | Issued and not yet paid. |
| **Overdue** | Not paid by the due date. |
| **Paid** | The team confirmed your transfer. |
| **Disputed** | The team is looking into a disagreement about the invoice. |
| **Waived** | The team waived the fee. Nothing is owed. |

## Overdue invoices

An invoice still unpaid after its due date becomes **Overdue**. You get "A success fee invoice is overdue" once, in the dashboard and by email.

You can still pay an overdue invoice the same way, and press **I have paid**.

## Disputes and waivers

If you disagree with a fee invoice, contact support at [help@gpuoutlet.ai](mailto:help@gpuoutlet.ai). Include the `FEE-` reference.

The GPU Outlet team can mark the invoice disputed while it looks into it. The team can then resolve the dispute, which returns the invoice to **Due** or **Overdue** by its due date. The team can also waive the fee.
