# Listings

> Publish reserved GPU capacity from My Listings, prove your right to sell it, and edit or delist it later.

A listing describes capacity your company offers. Buyers find it on Radar, and the GPU Outlet team matches their demand to it.

## Who can publish

* Your role must be **Owner** or **Authorized signatory**. Publishing commits the company to supplying the capacity.
* Your company must be verified. See [Verification](/selling/verification).

Publishing, editing and delisting do not ask for your second factor.

<Tip>
  Sign the seller agreement early. You can publish without it, but you cannot accept an opportunity until it is signed. See [Agreements](/account/agreements).
</Tip>

## Publish capacity

Open **My Listings** at `/app/listings` on the **Sell** menu and press **Publish capacity**. The form has four steps. Two answers are required: **Title**, and how you know the capacity is yours to sell.

You can press **Publish capacity** from the last step once the required answers are in. **Continue** and **Back** move between steps.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Capacity">
    Enter a **Title**, the name buyers read, for example "8x NVIDIA B300 SXM6 Node, Frankfurt". Required.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Specification">
    Describe the machine. Every field is optional. A field you leave empty is not shown.

    | Group | Fields |
    | - | - |
    | GPU | **GPU model**, **GPUs per node**, **VRAM per GPU (GB)**, **GPU topology**, **Nodes on offer** |
    | Host | **CPU model**, **CPU sockets**, **RAM (GB)**, **RAM type** |
    | Storage | **Local storage (TB)**, **Storage type** |
    | Network | **Interconnect**, **Network uplink** |
    | Software | **Operating system** |
    | Facility | **Region**, **Datacentre tier** |
    | Notes | **Additional detail** |

    **Nodes on offer** starts at 1 and must be a whole number of 1 or more. **GPUs per node** counts GPUs in one node. The form shows the total GPUs buyers see.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pricing">
    **How buyers take it** is answered here, and it is the one answer on this form that cannot be corrected later.

    | Option | What it means |
    | - | - |
    | **Reserve at a fixed price** | You name the rate. A buyer asks for an introduction and settles at it. |
    | **Sell by auction** | Bids compete above a floor you set. You open the lot after publishing. See [Selling by auction](/selling/auctions). |

    It is fixed at publication: an auction promises a closing time to everybody bidding, so it cannot be turned back into a fixed price afterwards. To sell the same capacity the other way, delist it and publish it again. **My Listings** shows the answer on each card as **Sold as**.

    The rest of the step is optional.

    | Field | Rule |
    | - | - |
    | **Price per GPU-hour (USD)** | A plain amount, at most two decimals. Leave empty while the rate is being negotiated; it shows as undisclosed. |
    | **Available from** | A date. Leave empty if the capacity is running now. |
    | **Minimum term (days)** | A whole number from 1 to 3,650. Empty means no minimum. |
    | **Minimum term, in your own words** | Shown to buyers as written, for example "3mo, renewable". |

    Fill in **Minimum term (days)** as well as the wording. The number is the one the platform uses.

    State a minimum term in one form or the other. A listing that names none cannot be reserved from Radar and cannot carry a lot: a deal has no length, and neither side can size one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Proof">
    Answer **How do you know this capacity is yours to sell?** with one option. Required.

    | Option | Use it when |
    | - | - |
    | **Signed allocation agreement** | A contract allocates this capacity to you, with the right to resell it. |
    | **Letter of authorization** | The owner authorizes you, by name, to sell this capacity. |
    | **Allocation document** | Other paperwork: an invoice, an order, a capacity note, or written confirmation from the provider. |
    | **You confirm it yourself** | You hold the capacity but have nothing on paper. |
    | **Second-hand quote** | Somebody else's capacity, as it was quoted to you. |

    The first three options declare a right to sell. They show a **Supporting document** upload: PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to 25 MB. The upload is optional, but it is the paperwork behind your claim.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Your listing goes on the market as soon as you publish it.

## What buyers see on Radar

On Radar, buyers see your listing with:

* Your public handle, such as `Seller-7F3A2`, instead of your company name.
* A status badge.
* **PER GPU / HR** with your rate, or **BY INQUIRY** on an indicative listing. While a lot is running on the listing, the card prices as the lot instead: **CURRENT BID** on an open lot, or **BY AUCTION** with the number of bids.
* The specification fields you filled in.

Your company name is revealed only when you accept an opportunity. See [Opportunities](/selling/opportunities).

### How the status badge is decided

The badge follows from two facts: what your company is verified as, and whether the listing has valid proof of the right to sell this capacity. A right to sell you declare with one of the first three proof options counts as valid unless the GPU Outlet team revokes it.

| Verified as | Valid right to sell | Badge |
| - | - | - |
| **Direct provider** | Yes | **Verified Direct** |
| **Authorized reseller** | Yes | **Verified Allocation** |
| Either | No (**You confirm it yourself** or **Second-hand quote**) | **Indicative** |

An indicative listing stays visible and buyers can still request it. To raise it, edit the listing and declare a right to sell.

## Edit a listing

On **My Listings**, press **Edit** on the listing card. The same form opens at `/app/listings/<id>/edit`, and **Save listing** stores your changes.

A listing with no declared right to sell shows a notice with **Add one**. It opens the **Proof** step directly.

If the GPU Outlet team revokes the right to sell on a listing, your company's owners are notified. Editing the listing cannot restore that right. Contact [support](/reference/support).

## Delist a listing

Press **Delist** on the listing card. The listing comes off the market straight away. There is no confirmation step.

You cannot put a listing you delisted back on the market yourself. Publish the capacity again to offer it.

Only an **Owner** or **Authorized signatory** can delist.

## When the GPU Outlet team delists a listing

The GPU Outlet team can take a listing off the market. When it does:

* The owner who joined your company first is notified in the dashboard and by email.
* The listing card on **My Listings** shows "Taken off the market by GPU Outlet:" followed by the reason.

The team can also put the listing back on the market. The same owner is notified, and buyers find the listing on Radar again.
