# Support

## What to include

A complete first message saves a round trip. Include:

1. **Your company name**, as registered on GPU Outlet.
2. **The reference** of the record you are writing about:
   * `GO-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX` for an introduction
   * `DIN-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX` for a deal invoice
   * `FEE-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX` for a success fee invoice
3. **What you pressed**, using the button or tab name you saw.
4. **What you saw**, including the exact text of any message.

  If you use the partner API, also include the `request_id` from the error response.

## Lost access

* **Lost your authenticator?** Open **Settings** → **Security** and press **Replace my authenticator**. See [Two-factor authentication](/account/two-factor).
* **Did not get a sign-in code?** Press **Resend code** on the code screen, or **Use a different email**. See [Sign in](/account/sign-in).
