# Statuses

> Every status label you see in the GPU Outlet dashboard, grouped by screen, with what it means.

Each table lists a status exactly as the dashboard shows it, and what it means for you.

The API value column shows how the partner API reports the same status. Tables without that column are not available in the partner API.

## Requests

Shown to buyers in **Requests** (`/app/requests`).

| Status | API value | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| **Open** | `open` | The request is live and can be matched. You can still edit it. |
| **Awaiting seller** | `matched` | The request is with at least one seller, offered by the GPU Outlet team or by your own **Reserve**. The request stays open to more matches, but its terms are frozen. To change them, close it and create a new one. If every seller declines, it returns to **Open**. |
| **Closed** | `closed` | Sellers no longer see the request. Any introduction already made stays. A closed request cannot be reopened or deleted. |

## Opportunities

Shown to sellers in **Opportunities** (`/app/opportunities`), which has the tabs **New**, **Accepted**, **Protected** and **Declined**. **Expired** and **Withdrawn** opportunities are not listed on any tab. You see those labels on the opportunity's own page, for example when you open it from the notification about the offer.

| Status | API value | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| **New** | `offered` | A buyer request was matched to your listing. You can accept and reveal, or decline. |
| **Accepted** | `accepted` | You accepted, the buyer was revealed and an introduction started. |
| **Declined** | `declined` | You declined. This cannot be undone. Nothing about your company is shown to the buyer. |
| **Expired** | `expired` | The GPU Outlet team marked the opportunity as expired before you answered. You can no longer act on it. |
| **Withdrawn** | `withdrawn` | The GPU Outlet team withdrew the opportunity before you answered. You can no longer act on it. |

## Introductions

Shown to buyers in **Introductions** (`/app/introductions`) and to sellers under **Opportunities** → **Protected**.

| Status | API value | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| **Protected** | `active` | The introduction is active. The success fee applies to contracts signed within 24 months of the reveal. Both sides can confirm readiness and exchange invoices. |
| **Released** | `released` | The seller's existing relationship claim was approved. No success fee is owed on this buyer. |

Readiness and new deal invoices are available only while an introduction is **Protected**.

## Existing relationship claims

Shown to sellers on the introduction page.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Submitted** | You filed the claim. It waits for the GPU Outlet team. |
| **Under review** | The GPU Outlet team is reviewing the claim. |
| **Approved** | No success fee is owed on this buyer. The decision reason is shown under the claim. |
| **Rejected** | The claim was not accepted. The decision reason is shown under the claim. |

## Lots

Shown on **Lots** (`/app/auctions`) to both sides. See [Bidding](/buying/bidding) and [Selling by auction](/selling/auctions).

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Live** | The lot exists. Whether it is taking bids right now is its window against the server's clock. |
| **Decided** | A winner was determined and the result is written. Nothing has been paid: the platform does not execute the deal. |
| **Settled** | The winner and the seller were introduced. That is the last thing the platform performs on a lot. |
| **Unsold** | Nobody bid, or nobody cleared the reserve. |
| **To be relisted** | The lot ended and its terms say to run it again. The successor is a new lot. |
| **Withdrawn** | The seller withdrew the lot before it was decided. |

### Outcomes

Shown in the **Result** panel once a lot is decided.

| Outcome | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Sold** | A bid cleared the reserve and won. |
| **No bids** | The lot drew no bids at all. |
| **Reserve not met** | Bids came in and none reached the seller's reserve. |

### Bids

Shown on your own bid. You never see the status of anybody else's.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Live** | Your bid stands. |
| **Replaced** | You bid again; the newer bid replaced this one. |
| **Won** | Your bid took the lot. |
| **Not selected** | The lot went to somebody else. |
| **Defaulted** | Earlier lots only: the award was not taken up. A lot now introduces its winner at the close, so nothing waits to be taken up. |
| **Capacity gone** | Earlier lots only: you won, and the capacity behind the lot was no longer there to offer. Not a default of yours. |
| **Voided by platform** | The GPU Outlet team voided the bid. It is not ranked. |
| **Award withdrawn** | Earlier lots only: the GPU Outlet team withdrew the award. The introduction it produced no longer stands, and nothing is owed on it. |

## Deal invoices

Invoices the seller sends to the buyer on an introduction. Both sides see them in the **Invoices** section.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Ready to pay** | The seller sent the invoice. The buyer can open the PDF, pay the seller and press **Mark as paid**. |
| **Paid** | The buyer marked the invoice as paid. The seller confirms with **Money received** once the money arrives. |
| **Received** | The seller confirmed the money arrived. A success fee invoice was issued for this amount. |
| **Replaced** | The seller uploaded a newer invoice before this one was paid. The newer one counts. |
| **Withdrawn** | The seller withdrew the invoice, with a reason. |

## Success fee invoices

Shown to sellers in **Finances** (`/app/finances`).

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Due** | The fee is owed. Pay by bank transfer against the invoice PDF, then press **I have paid**. |
| **Paid** | The GPU Outlet team confirmed your payment. |
| **Overdue** | The due date passed without a confirmed payment. You can still pay and press **I have paid**. |
| **Disputed** | The invoice is in dispute. The GPU Outlet team can resolve it, which returns it to **Due** or **Overdue**. |
| **Waived** | The GPU Outlet team waived the invoice. Nothing is owed on it. |

<Note>
Pressing **I have paid** does not change the status. The row shows that you reported payment and that it awaits confirmation. The status becomes **Paid** when the GPU Outlet team confirms the transfer.
</Note>

## Verification

Shown to sellers in **Company** → **Verification**.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **In review** | Your application was sent and the GPU Outlet team is reviewing it. |
| **Verified** | Your company is approved as a direct provider or an authorized reseller. It can publish listings. |
| **Not approved** | The application was rejected. The reason is shown. You can apply again. |
| **Revoked** | A previous approval was withdrawn. You can apply again. |

## Agreements

Shown on **Documents** (`/app/documents`) for the **Buyer marketplace agreement** and the **Seller marketplace agreement**.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Signed** | Your company signed the current major version. |
| **Awaiting signature** | A signing request was started and is waiting for the signature. |
| **Needs signing** | Your company needs to sign this document, or sign it again after a new major version. |
| **Declined** | Signing was declined on the signing page. |
| **Expired** | The signing request expired. |
| **Being prepared** | The document is being prepared for signing. |
| **Not signed yet** | Your company does not have to sign this document yet, but can. |

A new minor version does not require signing again. A new major version does.

## Listing status on Radar

Shown as a badge on each **Radar** listing.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Verified Direct** | The seller is verified as a direct provider and has valid proof of the right to sell this capacity. |
| **Verified Allocation** | The seller is verified as an authorized reseller and has valid proof of the right to sell this capacity. |
| **Indicative** | Neither of the above applies. |
