# Radar

> Browse listed reserved GPU capacity, filter it, open a listing and turn it into a request.

Radar is the market view of reserved GPU capacity that sellers have listed on GPU Outlet. You find it in the dashboard at `/app/radar`, under **Radar** on the **Buy** menu. The page is titled **Reserved Capacity**.

Radar is where you look. It is not where you buy. When a listing fits, you turn it into a request, and the GPU Outlet team takes it from there. See [How it works](/how-it-works) for the whole flow.

Most listings are sold at a price the seller published. Some are sold by competition: the seller puts the capacity up as a lot with a closing time, and the card offers **Bid Now** instead. See [Bidding](/buying/bidding).

## Filter the list

The filters sit above the list. Your choices are kept in the page address, so you can share or bookmark a filtered view.

| Filter | Options |
| - | - |
| **Availability window** | **All capacity**, **Available now**, **Next 30 days**, **30 to 90 days**, **90+ days** |
| **GPU model** | **Any GPU**, or one of the GPU models currently listed |
| Region | **Any region**, or one of the regions currently listed |
| **Listing type** | **Fixed price**, **Auction** or **Indicative only** |
| Search | Free text, with the hint "Search GPU, region, seller…" |

The filter follows what you can do with a listing rather than how it is priced. **Fixed price** shows listings a deal can be struck on at the price the seller published: the seller is verified and has proven the right to sell the capacity. **Auction** shows those same proven listings while they are taking bids, where the price is what the bidding settles on. A listing is in one or the other, never both, and it returns to **Fixed price** once its lot closes. **Indicative only** shows listings where the capacity or price still needs confirming; nothing there can be reserved or bid on.

If your filters match nothing, press **Clear filters** to start again.

## What a card shows

Each card is one listing.

* **Title and size.** The seller's title for the listing, with the number of nodes and GPUs.
* **Price.** A rate under **PER GPU / HR**, or **BY INQUIRY** when the listing is indicative. An indicative listing with no stated rate shows a dash, not a zero. A listing with a lot on it prices as the lot instead: see [Cards with a lot on them](#cards-with-a-lot-on-them).
* **Available.** **Now**, or the date the capacity frees up.
* **Minimum term**, when the seller stated one.
* **Location.** Region, then the site and its data center tier when disclosed.
* **Interconnect**, when the seller stated it.
* **Seller.** A handle such as `Seller-XXXXX`, not the company name.
* **Status.** The listing status badge. See [Listing statuses](#listing-statuses).
* **Last verified.** The date and time the listing was last confirmed, with its age.

Facts the seller did not state are left off the card rather than shown as blanks.

<Note>
  Radar never shows a seller's company name. You learn the seller's legal name and country only after the seller accepts your request. See [Buyer introductions](/buying/introductions).
</Note>

Click a card, or press **View details**, to open the listing. **Share** copies a link to that listing.

## Cards with a lot on them

When a seller is selling capacity by competition, the card shows the lot instead of a rate.

| Caption | Value | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| **BY AUCTION** | "No bids yet", "1 bid", "N bids" | No amount can be shown: either nobody has bid, or the lot is sealed and no bid is visible to anyone until it closes. |
| **CURRENT BID** | An amount per GPU-hour | The leading bid on an open lot. |

The seller's reserve is not a bid and is never shown in place of one. To see the lot's terms, its closing time and its reserve, open the lot. See [Bidding](/buying/bidding).

## The button on a card

Each card carries one button, and which one follows from the listing.

| Button | When it appears |
| - | - |
| **Reserve** | The seller is verified with a proven right to sell, and the listing states a minimum term. Opens an inquiry — it sets nothing aside. |
| **Bid Now** | A lot on this listing has not closed yet. Opens the lot. |
| **Request confirmation** | The listing is **Indicative**. Opens the same inquiry dialog, asking the seller to confirm. |

Asking is always available: even on capacity nobody has proven a right to sell, you can ask the seller to confirm it. See [Reserve and confirmation requests](/buying/reserve) for the inquiry dialog and its fields.

## Listing statuses

The status comes from the seller's verification and the proof behind the listing. GPU Outlet sets it; the seller cannot choose it.

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Verified Direct** | The seller is verified as a direct provider and has valid proof of the right to sell this capacity. |
| **Verified Allocation** | The seller is verified as an authorized reseller and has valid proof of the right to sell this capacity. |
| **Indicative** | Neither of the above. Treat the capacity or the price as needing confirmation. |

Sellers pass verification before they can publish. See [Verification](/selling/verification).

## Open a listing

The listing page at `/app/radar/:id` shows everything the seller entered.

* **Header.** The title, the GPU model, the status, the seller type (**Direct provider** or **Authorized reseller**), the seller handle and the region. The price sits on the right, or **By inquiry**.
* **Offer.** When the capacity is available, the time window, the minimum term and when it was last verified.
* **Specification.** The machine, in groups: **GPU**, **Host**, **Storage**, **Network**, **Software**, **Facility** and **Notes**. Anything the seller did not state reads **Not stated**.
* **Action panel.** **Fixed price** with the rate, or **Confirmation required** for an indicative listing, then the request button.

<Note>
  The listing page does not show a lot, even when one is running on the capacity. Bid from the card's **Bid Now**, or from **Lots** in the dashboard menu.
</Note>

If your company has not signed the buyer agreement, the action panel shows "Your company has not signed the buyer marketplace agreement yet." with a **Sign it** link. If more than one document is unsigned, the notice gives the count instead. You can still send a request. See [Agreements](/account/agreements).

## Request this capacity

Press **Request this capacity** on the listing page. The panel explains what happens next: "You state what you need; if this seller accepts, you are introduced and contract directly."

<Steps>
  <Step title="The request form opens">
    You land on `/app/requests/new` with **GPU** and **Region** filled in from the listing. Nothing else is assumed.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete and send it">
    Fill in the node count, start date, term and anything else you need, then press **Send the request**. See [Requests](/buying/requests) for every field.
  </Step>
</Steps>

What happens next is in [How it works](/how-it-works).

Pressing the button reserves nothing and commits your company to nothing. It only opens a pre-filled request.

<Tip>
  Only an owner, authorized signatory or trader can send a request. A viewer can browse Radar but cannot state demand. See [Team and roles](/account/team-and-roles).
